GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:
Translation undergoes multi-level control: controller (control of correctness of thetranslation), revision of reviewer (native speaker), expert (expert on the required segment),corrector (preparation of translation for press and for publishing) on the request also graphic adjustment.
In case of client’s dissatisfaction with the services provided and after the text assessment by the third independent party, if the translation is found as not suitable as originally intended, we refund the whole amount previously obtained for the services.
Confidentiality – our internal and external co-workers are bound to maintain confidentiality as to content of the translations (and their originals).
